Client, an Australian insurance brokerage, faced delays and inefficiencies due to messy data from multiple insurers. To scale operations and deliver faster insights, Founder turned to automation and dashboarding.

Client received insurance data in.xlsfiles from multiple providers across different client accounts. Each dataset had:
